Sacred Heart

The following requirements are to be completed one month BEFORE the baptism date.

INFORMATION NIGHT:

• At least one parent is required to attend Baptism Information Night held on the 1st Thursday of the month at Sacred Heart from 7:00–8:00 p.m. in Cavanagh Hall.

• Families will receive information regarding the baptism process, required documents, and preparation requirements.

BAPTISM CLASS:

• The mother, father and each godparent will need to attend the Baptism Preparation Class. Baptism classes are held at Sacred Heart every second Thursday of the month from 7:00-8:30 pm. For more information, please see Baptism Renewal Night. 

• If you attend a Baptism Class somewhere other than Sacred Heart, you will need to submit a letter or certificate of completion from the parish where the baptism class is attended, along with the required forms.

REQUIRED FORMS:
All required forms must be submitted together, either in person to the parish office or emailed to info@sacredheart.cc as a PDF file, in order to choose a date to have your child baptize.
