Alpha

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Typically run over eleven weeks, each session looks at a different question that people can have about faith and is designed to create conversation. It’s just an open, informal and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together.

Throughout 11 weeks, different questions about faith and Jesus are explored through the Alpha Film Series.  The weekly short films are designed to inspire people to share their own thoughts and ideas in a small group.

At Alpha, we always start with a meal! So come ready to eat, enjoy the film series and have good conversation. Everyone, 18 years or older is welcome, and Alpha is always free!

NEW LOCATION! Alpha sessions will be held at a home across the street from Sacred Heart Church  (gray/blue house on the corner of Workman & Albertson) - 778 S. Albertson Ave. Covina 91723.

Two sessions will begin in January. Join us on Mon, Jan. 28th or Tues, Jan. 29th. Both from 7-8:30pm.

For questions on how to participate or help, please call the Parish Center at 626-332-3570 or the Alpha department at 626-485-2210.
